What warranty does Lamont Bros. offer?

Lamont Bros. provides a three-year limited workmanship warranty, starting from the date of Substantial Completion and subject to your contract's terms.

The warranty covers Lamont Bros.' workmanship when installing products designed to last longer than three years. Products and appliances carry their own manufacturer warranties, some with 10-year or lifetime coverage.

It doesn't cover maintenance, normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse, weather, settling, or other excluded causes.
